Acuwellness is a non-verbal, 5-point auricular (ear), acupuncture protocol designed to reduce stress, anxiety, trauma, and addiction of cravings. It involves placing five, small, single use, sterile needles or seeds in each ear for 30–55 minutes.

2026 Symposium on Cannabis & Human Health

The Symposium on Cannabis & Human Health is a multidisciplinary forum that brings together experts in clinical care, public health, research, and industry to examine the evolving role of cannabis in medicine and society. Designed to bridge the gap between emerging cannabis science and real-world health impacts, the symposium will address key issues including public health frameworks, psychiatric outcomes, cannabis-related clinical encounters, and therapeutic applications.
Through a series of expert presentations and discussion, attendees will engage with current evidence on how cannabis affects patient care and broader social systems. The event is designed for healthcare professionals, public health practitioners, educators, and students seeking a clear, evidence-based understanding of cannabis in contemporary clinical and societal contexts. There is no cost to attend, and continuing education credits are available to all participants.

Short-term courses have shorter withdrawal dates. These dates appear on the student’s schedule.
Note: Grade of “W” will be recorded on transcripts. Students who plan to withdrawal from ALL courses must complete an Official Withdrawal Form and begin the process with the PACK Center. The Total Withdrawal process must be completed no later than the last day of scheduled class (this excludes Finals Week).

CSU Pueblo Clothing Donations

The Pack Closet is looking for new or lightly worn basic clothing for students in need. We are hosting regular clothing donations at Culebra Hall to collect these items. We will also collect and distribute any donations for the Career Closet or the Pack Pantry.
What we are looking for:
Pack Closet (basic needs):
- New/Like-new: jeans, shirts, jackets, coats, belts
- New Only: undergarments, socks, shoes
Career Closet (professional):
- New/Like-new: suits, dress pants/skirts, dresses, blouses/shirts, ties, belts
- New Only: panty hose (neutral colors)
Don’t know which category your items fit? That’s okay! We’ll sort and separate as needed!
What to avoid:
- Items with stains, holes, or heavy wear
- Promotional or branded clothing except for CSU Pueblo related
We will also accept items for the Pack Pantry such as non-perishable foods, personal care/hygiene items, or household items.
First Aid & CPR Certification

Dive into the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED + First Aid Course! This hybrid course starts with 3–4-hour online class that must be completed before the 2- hour- in-person session. This is a standard American Red Cross Certification course which issues a certification valid for 2 years.
