Acuwellness for Stress Relief 

Tuesday, October 27^th from 12:30-1:30 p.m. | OSC Fireplace Area  

Open acuwellness group every Tuesday at 12:30 in the OSC Fireplace area! Offered at no cost to students and staff/faculty.  Acudetox/Acuwellness is placement of needles in the ear using the 5-point POCA protocol. People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture (POCA) teaches modified ear protocol used in China for pain relief and withdrawal. The protocol involves the gentle insertion of five new, small, sterilized, disposable (one time use) stainless steel needles in specific sites on ear.

The Student Health & Wellbeing Fair gives community partners an opportunity to share educational information and to provide valuable health and wellness resources through samples, health screenings, handouts, and interactive activities.

Hoag Hall Crafts, Pan De Muerto, and Other Activities start at 5:30 in Hoag Hall Lobby, the main performance at 7 PM in Hoag Hall 

Join RLH for a Dia de los Muertos Program in Hoag Hall. Enjoy Pan De Muerto and cultural activities in the Hoag Hall lobby starting at 5:30 PM, followed by a performance by the Omawari Folkloric Dance Group at 7 PM.
