Former Wolfpack leads school’s dining services

Zach Carleo is the Resident District Manager for Aladdin, with responsibilities to include dining services at CSU Pueblo. Carleo is a Pueblo native. He started his education in hospitality at CSU Pueblo Hasan School of Business and finished at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Since obtaining his degree, Zach led nationally recognized teams in luxury hotels such as Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel in California, restaurants, concert venues, and nightlife. His career journey led him to Las Vegas, Phoenix, New York and most recently, California.

The former wrestler for the university is excited to bring his experience back to where it started including returning home to his family, friends, and green chile.
