
With the recent implementation of the new HR system Workday, there has been a change to the submission and approval deadlines for bi-weekly timesheets. Employees now have until the Friday following the end of the pay period to submit timesheets, and for approvals to be completed.
For example, for the next pay period:
- The bi-weekly pay period ends Jan. 23.
- The new submission/approval deadline is Friday, Jan. 30.
This is a permanent change for bi-weekly pay periods. Alerts have been updated accordingly, with reminders being sent on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Time keepers and HR Partners can view the Period Schedule in Workday. The Period Schedule identifies all pay periods and deadlines.
