Acuwellness  

Wednesday, May 6^th from 11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. | PE 225 in Massari Arena   

Acuwellness is a non-verbal, 5-point auricular (ear), acupuncture protocol designed to reduce stress, anxiety, trauma, and addiction of cravings. It involves placing five, small, single use, sterile needles or seeds in each ear for 30–55 minutes.
