Acuwellness for Stress Relief 

Tuesday, September 22^nd from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. | OSC Fireplace Area 

Open acuwellness group every Tuesday at 12:30 in the OSC Fireplace area! Offered at no cost to students and staff/faculty.  Acudetox/Acuwellness is a placement of needles in the ear using the 5-point POCA protocol. People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture (POCA) teaches modified ear protocol used in China for pain relief and withdrawal. The protocol involves the gentle insertion of five new, small, sterilized, disposable (one time use) stainless steel needles in specific sites on ear. The needles are left in place between 30-45 minutes, which helps the body restore balance.
