Registration is Open!
Registration is now open for the 2025 Symposium. Join us as we celebrate 25 years of the Symposium with engaging workshops, keynote speakers, panels, and events November 3-6, 2025! The Symposium will center the Colorado State University Land-Grant Mission with themes surrounding access, success, and community in action for our students, employees, and community members.
Celebrating 25 Years of The Symposium
We will be celebrating 25 years of excellence throughout the week and ending with an in-person event in Fort Collins. If you’d like to share a memory or photos from the last 25 years, please email the Office for Inclusive Excellence at inclusiveexcellence@colostate.edu.
Exciting Features
Our student track is back this year with workshops and events to connect our students across the CSU System. CSU Faculty are encouraged to save the date and motivate student attendance.
Departments, clubs, and organizations can apply to be a virtual exhibitor at The Symposium. The digital exhibitor booths will be available to all attendees throughout the duration of the Symposium. Groups can submit a photo and information to gain new members or drive awareness about an event.
Additionally, we are planning exciting keynotes, panels, CSU Inspire, and in-person events in Fort Collins, such as the ACT Film Festival screening at The Lyric, a partnership with the Alumni Center for Alumni Night Out, and more! A draft schedule can be found on the Ring Central page (schedule is subject to change).
What to Expect
This year, we are returning to Ring Central as our hosted platform for The Symposium. All workshops will be centralized on one user-friendly web-based platform, eliminating the need to register for individual Zoom sessions. No downloads or app installations are required—just an internet connection and a personalized access link. Check back on our Symposium page for how-to videos and drop-in hours for navigating Ring Central.
While all workshops, keynotes, and featured sessions will be held online, there will also be select in-person events to gather in community in Fort Collins. The Symposium is free to attend, and all members of the campus, CSU System, and community are welcome and invited to participate. We hope you will join us in what promises to be a week of critical conversations, meaningful connections, and impactful learning.
Those interested in volunteering for the events can sign up now. For more information, visit the Symposium page at inclusiveexcellence.colostate.edu.
