Campus Dining Previews New Semester Menus at Staff Tasting
Elior invites faculty and staff to discover what’s changed in the dining hall and catering options this fall.
If you plan campus events or coordinate student programming, take note: Campus Dining is rolling out new options this semester and wants you to know what’s available.
Elior, CSU Pueblo’s dining partner, is hosting an open meeting Thursday, August 20 at 10 a.m. in OSC Tundra. The session walks through new catering menus alongside updated policies and event planning resources. Staff can ask questions and get answers about pricing, booking procedures, and dietary accommodations.
Each semester, Elior refreshes menus based on what students are eating and what ingredients are available. This year brings changes to both standard dining hall offerings and catering options, which is worth knowing if your department hosts events on campus or orders food through the university.
The one-hour meeting includes open discussion time. Campus organizers who’ve worked with Elior before often attend these sessions to stay current on what’s new and how to navigate options for their groups.
